Sublimation transfer paper is most widely applied for most of digital sublimation transfer printing. which is superior quality for digital printing for sportswear, blankets, curtains, wider wall covers, tents, etc.

Also it can apply for the plastic like beach slippers? The Answers is:  yes, of course!

Now there are some customers come to our factory for testing the paper on the slipper, he was the biggest beach slippers manufacture in the India, he uses sublimation paper sublimate the slippers, he prints the image on sublimation paper then transfer the slippers on our factory.
and how to sublimate the slipper , the process is the following:

1. Prepare:
1).Print the image you want on the 100gsm sublimation paper;
2).a white coated beach slippers; adjust the heat press machine (Transfer Temperature: 220℃, Transfer Time: 25 seconds);
3) pieces of protective paper.

2. When the temperature is okay, heat transfer the image on the beach slippers for 25 seconds, then tear the paper, you will find the image was on the slippers.

If possible you can buy a small printer and heat press, it's very cheap, then maybe you can start your own small business, used for some T-shirts, mugs, also the slippers!

The All Thanksgiving Day is coming, are you ready your personality T-shirts? Today, i will share you the experience to diy a cool T-shirt for Thanksgiving Day!

1.Printing.
A)Printer setup. Recommend to select "Photos Quality Inkjet Paper" mode for satisfactory printing results.
B)Print the wishful image onto the sublimation transfer paper, then leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.
C)Cut out the image, leaving a narrow margin of 5 mm around the pattern edges.
2.Transferring
A)Preheat the heat press machine and set the recommended transfer temperature 165°C
B)Peel off the base paper from the printed coating, and the coating would remain as a film-like material. C)Place the image coating in the textile, printed(image) side facing up. Put the isolation paper on the image, the glossy side facing down. D)Transfer for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile from machine, peel age isolation paper after cooled

3.Washing
A) It's best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after transferring. B) Washing the textile in cold or 30-40°C,with transferred pattern inside out. C) Do not wash with strongly alkaline detergents, and do not bleach. Avoid rubbing the transferred pattern when hand washing. D).Do not wring. line dry in shade recommended. E) Do not dry-clean.

How to store the sublimation transfer paper?

How to store the sublimation transfer paper?

1. Please put the sublimation paper in a cool dry and sun-proof place where the humidity is 45-70%RH, and the temperature is 10-30℃ so as to longer the shelf life of the paper. The best place would an air-condition room with a constant temperature and humidity.

2. In order to keep the sublimation transfer paper being moisturized, we suggestion you to put the paper rolls on a pallet with less than 9 layer, at least 15cm higher than the floor. And the carton of the paper must be in a horizontal situation. If you put the carton in a vertical situation, somehow it will damage the edge of the paper.
3. And the best printing environment will be somewhere with humidity of 45-70%RH and an air-conditioner.
