Description：
This is a newly developed heat press machine by our company. It can be able to apply transfers, letters, numbers and images on T-Shirts, garments, bags, mouse mats, jigsaw puzzles, ceramic tiles and any other items. This machine has nice outer appearance with fine workmanship. And it's now the most advanced machine in heat press transfer market. Our press is simple and easy to use and is used for small and large jobs. Has a durable framework that provides long lasting results for our clients. All of our machines heating elements are Teflon coated with a wrap around coil to eliminate any cold stops allowing consistent heat to your garment. Both temperature and timer are both digital and easy to set. Pressure knob on top of machine allows you to adjust pressure accordingly. The digital timer control is adjustable up to 999 seconds. The heat press machine also features a digital temperature gauge ranging from 0-450 F. The manual open and close handle is easy to operate and can be adjusted with the pressure knob at the rear of the machine. Its industrial strength and durability allows for long-term use, making it a great investment with exceptional value amongst its competitors.
Operating Instruction:
Step1. Make sure the cordis connected well to the power socket and the wall socket; Then place the object (i.e.T-shirt, Apron) and sublimation transfer paper with images facing down the object on press bed; Adjust the pressure to be moderate and switch on the machine.
Step2. Temperature indicator light is on, and the display shows current temperature, the default temperature is 180℃.
Step3. Press down the handle, the timer indicator light is on. The default time is 30 seconds. Please note that the timer indicator light is on only when you press down the handle. If you open the upper platen, the timer indicator light is off.
Step4. The temperature starts to rise. When the temperature rises to the set degree; then close down the heat platen. Start to transfer and time is counting down.
Step5. Once time is up to"30"seconds,the buzzer will send out a short sound;then open up the heat platen(mean time the sound stops).
Step6. Work finish and take out object carefully.
